Two Rooms, Two Acts: The Wawne Ferry Kicks Off the Weekend in Style The Wawne Ferry is turning up the volume this Friday night with a double bill that splits the venue into two very different parties — and invites you to pick your side, or hop between them. In the Lounge from 8pm, live music duties fall to The Charm Offensive, a band who have built a reputation on a cheeky, crowd-pleasing blend of pop and rock favourites. Expect the kind of set list where nobody needs a lyric sheet: singalong choruses, familiar riffs and a room that gets louder as the night goes on. Meanwhile, over in the Bar, DJ Tiny takes control of the decks from 8pm with a head-to-head night of House Classics vs Clubland. It's a format built for the dancefloor — the big anthems, the hands-in-the-air moments and the tracks that reliably fill the floor within seconds of dropping. The result is one venue running two entirely different atmospheres under the same roof. Live music and singalongs on one side, dance anthems and a packed floor on the other, with the freedom to drift between the two as the mood takes you.
